DISTRICT PRIORITIES

"As your next council member, I want to work for you. We need to prioritize public safety, transportation infrastructure, and support balanced development projects that revitalize our district without compromising the fabric of single-family neighborhoods.  With over a decade of government experience, I know what it takes to find solutions, navigate the complicated governmental agencies, and get things done."
 ISSUES
Public Safety 

  • ​Prioritize the implementation of HERO Amendments to support district crime reduction. 

Mixed-Use Development ​

  • The International District:  It's time to move the needle forward on this project.  Transparency and next steps need to be outlined for effective community engagement. 

  • Pepper Square:  Ensure that constituent concerns are addressed and that they are actively involved in the decision-making process.

Transportation Infrastructure 

  •  Increase road capacity to support congested intersections ​​

​and accommodate district population growth and business development. 

  • Provide adequate funding for necessary road repairs; budget limitations have caused substantial delays in fixing potholes.
